Frequently asked questions

Everything people ask before they start, in one place.

General

What is tTrada?

tTrada is a trading automation platform. The Trade Copier takes signals from your own Telegram group or channel and places them as trades on your connected MT5 broker account.

Do I have to use tTrada's signals?

No. The Trade Copier works with your own Telegram source. tTrada's own signals are optional, free on Telegram, and are not auto-traded for now.

Do I need a VPS or Expert Advisor?

No. tTrada runs in the cloud, so you do not need to keep a computer, MT5 terminal, VPS, or Expert Advisor running.

Is tTrada available in every country?

No. tTrada's automated copy-trading service is currently unavailable to residents of the United States due to regulatory restrictions. Eligibility is based on your declared country of residence.

tTrada signals

How are tTrada signals built?

Every signal passes four rule-based checks before it reaches you: trend (EMAs and ADX), momentum (RSI), volatility (ATR), and risk and reward.

What does a signal include?

Each signal is sent to you on Telegram with the instrument, direction, entry, stop loss, and take profit.

Which markets do the signals cover?

GBP/JPY and gold for now.

Are tTrada signals investment advice?

No. tTrada may provide general trading signals, but they are not personalized investment advice and do not guarantee profit or any result. You choose the source, settings, and whether to automate each source at your own risk.

Do past results guarantee future performance?

No. The results we show cover a fixed period. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

Auto-Trade and the Trade Copier

What is the tTrada Trade Copier?

The Trade Copier takes trading instructions from your selected signal source and submits the corresponding trades through your connected MT5 broker account.

How does Auto-Trade work?

Connect your own Telegram source, connect a supported broker account, choose your risk settings, and switch on Auto-Trade. tTrada then interprets eligible instructions and places trades automatically.

Which Telegram sources can I use?

Securely connect a Telegram channel or group you already use. tTrada automatically interprets supported trade messages from your selected source. tTrada does not recommend third-party sources.

Do I need to configure my Telegram message format?

No. Connect your Telegram source and choose a channel or group. tTrada automatically interprets supported trade messages, even when their format changes.

What happens if a message is incomplete, unclear, or unsupported?

Only instructions that tTrada can interpret confidently and that meet the platform's safety checks are eligible for execution. Incomplete, ambiguous, or unsupported messages are rejected and logged in your dashboard.

Can I control my trading risk?

Yes. You choose the lot size, the instruments to copy, and the trailing-stop settings for automated trades from your dashboard.

Can I stop automated trading?

Yes. Turning Auto-Trade off stops new trades from being placed automatically; it does not close positions that are already open.

Where can I see what tTrada did on my account?

In your dashboard. Every automated trade is logged and timestamped, so you can review instructions, executions, and positions in one place.

I run a signal channel. Can I work with tTrada?

Yes. Use the chat on the site and tell us about your channel. Your followers can execute your signals automatically while you keep posting the way you do now.

Brokers, funds, and security

Which brokers are supported?

tTrada currently supports Exness and HFM accounts that use MetaTrader 5. Free Auto-Trade requires a verified HFM account opened through tTrada.

Does tTrada hold my funds?

No. Every trade happens on a broker account you control. tTrada never holds your funds and never has withdrawal access.

Does tTrada store my broker password?

No. You enter broker credentials on the secure broker-connection page, not in tTrada. Your credentials are not stored by tTrada.

Pricing

How much does tTrada cost?

The Trade Copier costs $19 per month, or $9 per month if your trading account is under the tTrada partner link with our partner broker. The partner broker is optional, and tTrada may earn a referral commission from it. tTrada signals are free on Telegram. You do not need a separate VPS or Expert Advisor.
